2. Hosting and international processing

Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, delivers this website. IP address, time, requested URL and technical browser information are processed for delivery and security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our form code does not log message contents, passwords or full IP addresses. Cloudflare may process operational and security data for the necessary duration under its contractual terms. Its Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into the service terms. Processing outside the EEA is possible; applicable safeguards include Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as described in the linked Addendum.

3. Enquiries about independent collaboration

This service is for independent collaboration with people aged 18 or over. We require an alias, contact details and stated age. Platforms, revenue and message are optional. Do not send identity documents, intimate content or health data. We process this information to respond and take steps towards a contract at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Required details are necessary to handle the form. Stated age is not identity verification. Daniel Khankin reviews enquiries personally; there is no automated acceptance or rejection.

4. Email and chosen contact channels

Form data is sent over encrypted connections through Cloudflare to info@skylar-agency.com at STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The STRATO contract was concluded after 18 July 2022, so its processing agreement forms part of the contract under the provider’s terms. If you provide an email address, we send an automatic receipt without reproducing your form details; this is not an acceptance. Telegram or WhatsApp contacts receive no automatic message. If you choose either, we use it for a personal reply; the messenger provider’s terms also apply and processing outside the EEA is possible. Email is an alternative. There is no newsletter or applicant pool.

5. Retention and abuse prevention

Closed enquiries without a contract are deleted within 30 days of closure, including our related email copies and trash entries. If a contract is concluded or statutory retention duties or specific legal claims apply, necessary records are kept separately for that purpose and unnecessary data is deleted. To prevent spam and duplicate delivery, Cloudflare D1 stores secret-key-based verification values, counters and delivery status, not form contents or full IP addresses. Values stop being used after 48 hours and are removed on the next form request; monthly cleanup is planned if no further requests occur. D1 backups on the Free plan can cover seven days. Abuse prevention relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Provider backups and security data are also subject to their operational deletion procedures.

6. Cookies, local features and protected previews

Fonts and design assets are served locally. The calculator and FAQ run in your browser; the FAQ uses prepared answers and sends no input to an AI service. Our code does not persist form contents on your device. Cloudflare Access protected previews also process sign-in email and authentication details and use cookies including CF_Authorization. Their validity follows the access session. Strictly necessary storage serves the requested access under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; access protection relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Optional visitor statistics

Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG). It collects page views, referrer and performance metrics. The provider states it uses no analytics cookies or fingerprinting; the connection technically transmits your IP address to Cloudflare. Dashboard statistics cover the previous six months. Your choice is stored as skylar-analytics-choice-v1 in local browser storage for up to 180 days. Use Privacy settings to change or withdraw it. Withdrawal reloads the page without loading analytics again. Refusal does not affect the form.

8. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the email address above. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian data protection authority BayLDA.
